Greenwich Restaurant Le Poodle Mourns Passing of Executive Chef Oscar Herrera
Local friends and food community friends, I am sharing the sad news of the tragic passing of Executive Chef Oscar Herrera, who was most recently at Le Poodle in Old Greenwich. He has a young family and the restaurant wants to do everything they can to help them. He was an important part of the Greenwich food scene having worked at places like l’escale, Bistro Versailles, to name a few.
